By the age of 2, your toddler is talking, walking, climbing, jumping, running and bustling with energy. 2-year-olds begin to develop independence and it is the best time to explore their developmental milestones.
At Enrich Play Group, the little ones take their first step into the world of learning. They are introduced to a more structured day with a stimulating environment providing joyful learning experiences. The curriculum lays emphasis on active exploration, sensory learning and introduction of new themes. A few activities to stimulate their development process include sensory time, story time, free-play, celebration of festivals & events, art & craft, etc.
Enrichians take a step ahead in their educational journey during Pre-KG. At this age, your child is extremely active and curious, mobile and learning in very physical ways.
The kids are introduced to a monthly theme which focuses on developing academic skills such as pre-reading, numbers, pattern writing, cognitive skills, social habits and physical strength. They also learn basic concepts like colours, shapes, moving on to understand the environment around them.
At the end of Pre-KG at Enrich, kids have a strong foundation in early literacy and numeracy skills, recognising sounds of letters and forming healthy relationships with their parents, peers and teachers. This paves the path for easier adoption of a more structured learning in the Kindergarten.
In Junior KG, our aim is to make the students, thinkers who taste a bit of independence in their own way. They can decide what they want to draw, when they want to visit the washroom and what to make with their toys. This sort of independence teaches them how to make the right choices. They are taught on working well within a group through listening, sharing and cooperation.
At this level, subject-based learning starts for the children (Literacy, Numeracy, Language, General Awareness). The monthly themes aim at developing the reading, writing and logical skills that contribute to the achievement of developmental milestones in this age group. Building materials such as blocks and puzzles, support critical thinking, art & craft enhances creativity, outdoor play develops gross & fine motor skills, and role play activities take their imagination to a whole new level!
This millennial generation is extremely smart and is expected to be equipped for formal learning. Their last leg of the learning process at Enrich, prepares them to take on the world waiting ahead.
The Senior KG Enrichians are introduced to a well-planned, structured curriculum which acts as a perfect launchpad for grade 1. A lot of emphasis is laid on making academics fun for the children so that they enter formal school with no anxiety.
The curriculum focuses on academic progress along with the honing of life skills. The students learn how to construct sentences, advanced phonics (based on Jolly Phonics) and complex topics of mathematics such as 'before, after, in between and Tamil and Hindi basics.
Our experienced teachers provide ample opportunities to explore, question, communicate in a fun and supportive atmosphere thereby ensuring that the Enrichians are prepared to excel at any situation / school.
